I've spent over two decades in the technology industry—building products, leading engineering teams, and helping organizations turn complex problems into durable systems.
I founded Maxiom Technology in 2002 in the Washington DC area and have grown it from a Microsoft-focused consultancy into a full-stack firm that delivers mission-critical software, consulting, and staffing for clients around the world. Along the way I co-founded Hyperlogs to solve real pain around time tracking and field service, held CTO and Chief Software Architect roles at SMBLive and Personify, and designed travel and non-profit platforms that are still in use today.
Being named a Microsoft MVP multiple years running was a meaningful nod from the community; it reinforced my belief in sharing what you learn and building in the open. I'm also fluent in six languages—English, Italian, French, Arabic, Portuguese, and Spanish—which has made it easier to work across borders and bring diverse perspectives into the room.
These days I'm most focused on AI-native product building, founder enablement, and technical strategy. I like working where the problem is fuzzy, the stakes are high, and the right combination of product and engineering can create lasting impact.
